A Meux masterpiece and a mummy cocktail

American artist James McNeill Whistler's magnificent portrait of Lady Valerie Meux is now in The Frick Collection in New York. Full title Harmony in Pink and Grey: Portrait of Lady Meux. Here, curator Aimee Ng describes the portrait and mixes up a mean-sounding cocktail called Mummy in honour of Lady Meux's collection of Ancient Egyptian antiquities.
